WANT TO JOIN THE TEAM?

We are looking for reliable people to join us. We provide training but experience is preferred. Tips are shared among all employees, and either position makes $15-25 an hour on average.

COOKS

Cooks are expected to maintain pace with orders. There is usually a 'lead' cook to help direct and train. Experience with working with a grill and deep fryer is recommended but not required. 

Responsibilities:

-Answer phone calls and receive orders

-Cook grilled and deep-fried food; assemble salads

-Wash dishes

-Occasionally serve food directly to in-house guests

-Coordinate with lead cook and bartender(s)

BARTENDERS

Bartenders are responsible for creating drinks, serving food, communicating with customers, and handling money. Applicants for bartenders must be able to receive a license to serve liquor and beer.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic

beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

-Interact with customers, take orders,

and serve food and drinks

-Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

-Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

-Comply with all food and beverage regulations

-Communicate with staff and management to ensure other responsibilities are met
